RJs Place is a black, veteran, woman-owned business. Should there be any issue with either of the above characteristics, you should not initiate business with RJs Place.

RJs Place has the right to refuse service to anyone. However, it will never be on the basis of race, age, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or any other naming conventions associated with today’s society. It is our intention and full authority to treat every person as if they are our friend.

While utilizing, having possession of, living on, visiting on, or stepping on any property of RJs Place:

It is as your OWN risk.

You will be liable for any damage caused to you, your person, or any one person, place, or thing associated with your presence and you will not hold RJs Place accountable or liable for anything.

You will leave all things in the same condition as the beginning of the transaction as they were until after the transaction is completed (by agreement dates).

You will obey ALL city, state, and federal laws.

You will not smoke inside any property.

You will REPORT, to the owner, via written communication, any impromptu damage, concern, leak, break, theft, misplaced, broken, injured, illegal, change, or THING that would cause concern or raise eyebrow to the common sense human being.

After reading all the rules, you still SHOULD be able to enjoy yourself.

Any changes to this will be specifically stated via w text, email, or voice message.

RJs Place will work with each individual to ensure each transaction is handled with grace and poise.

No transaction conducted with RJs Place will initiate a lawsuit unless it is initiated by the owner of RJs Place, LaShondra. RJs Place and its owner will work tirelessly to ensure the transaction, if not satisfied, is ultimately disposed of in a fair and equitable manner from the perspective of the owner. If a consumer is still not wholly satisfied, they may choose to no longer conduct business with RJs Place.

By submitting an unexpired, active state identification or drivers license and requesting services, and confirming a transaction by monetary payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
