J.W., Sr. and Ruth Johnson were life-long residents of Dumas, Arkansas and they are the origin of the name, RJs Place. Grandma and Grandpa birthed Trisha Johnson and with John Harris (Johnale/Demon), LaShondra came. Striving to be like her grandfather in operation, but her grandmother in heart, RJs Place was created to establish itself in the small community of Dumas by providing services, volunteer opportunities, and a meaningful relationship with the residents of Dumas.
Nestled in the heart of Backstreet, we provide a variety of services to include rental of the tiny home, the 360 photo booth, notary services, and more.

As the thought of the entire project, LaShondra has tirelessly contributed hard work and grit to bring this project to completion. As a lover of all things Dumas, it is her utmost desire to not only circulate income in the community she was raised, but to give back to the community utilizing all the resources she has available.
LaTonya, Hometown Liaison
The oldest of the siblings, Latonya's transition from Dallas back to Dumas establishes "go-between" for RJs Place. Latonya graciously handles all administrative, technical, and service calls made by customers in the event the Organizer is unavailable. She is the face of the operation and the foundation of our excellent customer service.
